International Center for Astral Projection
The International Center for Astral Projection (ICAP) is the leading authority on space travel and science. Located near Lot > North Genessa > Mirth; ICAP organizes and manages space exploration expeditions as well as colonization plans. All countries and organizations who wish to colonize or settle planets must register through ICAP. While ICAP is the main gatekeeper to the stars, it isn’t the only space exploration organization and it neither has the power nor desires the power to prevent others from exploring space.
